Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are handled on a case by case basis. We can only issue returns or exchanges for mistakes made during manufacturing. Contact us within seven days of receiving your shipment. Include the order number, the tracking number, and the date it was received. Please take a photo of the error or mistake and then attach it to your email. We will investigate the source of the error. If it is a manufacturing mistake, we will send an email asking if you want a refund or would rather exchange it for the corrected product. If your shipment arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier.

Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed in 5 – 7 business days during our business hours, excluding Holidays and weekends. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipment Area:
We only ship within the continental US and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Damages:
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged products before filling a claim.

International Shipping:
We only ship within the continental US, which excludes Hawaii and Alaska, and we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Incorrect Shipping Address and Refused Delivery:
We make every attempt to validate a shipping address provided at check out to ensure it is recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will contact the customer to update the address. If we can not update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
We will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments:
If you didn’t receive your order but the carrier has reported that it was delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
