Signs with ground stakes may be pushed into soft ground. If your ground is hard, a garden spade or garden trowel can be used to loosen the dirt. Most of our wall mounted signs come with enough cutouts that holes are not necessary. Each sign is made to order. Standard designs typically ship within 5–7 business days. Original signs and designs take 5 – 7 business days after we’ve concluded the design consultation and it is placed and ordered from our store. Shipping times vary based on location.
We do not offer gift wrapping or gift packaging.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, Please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged products before filling a claim. Then we appreciate you contacting us as well with a picture of the damage. We take great care in packaging our products and want to keep abreast of what’s happening when they are getting shipped.
